CIRCULAR PERFORATING BLADES

Circular perforating blades are toothed circular blades used for perforating film, paper, labels, textiles, or nonwovens. Circular perforating blades are also toothed crushing blades. Small slits, teeth, or serrated edges are applied along the blade of these circular blades. These perforations can be of varying sizes and distribution, depending on the application. The perforation spacing of the blades can be freely adjusted using the tooth pitch. Zigzag cuts are also possible. Perforated cuts facilitate the separation of fabrics or paper webs. Circular perforating blades are used in the packaging industry to cut paper, film, or other materials into perforated webs that can be easily separated later. Circular perforating blades are also used in folding technology.
